Eastern and Central Europe
An historic decision was made by the Board of Regents of the European Section during its Athens meeting in June 2008. For the first time in over 15 years, a new District (Number 14) Central and Eastern Europe was named. The 14th District’s first Regent is Dr. Ljubo Marion who had been serving as Vice Regent for Slovenia. Dr. Egita Senekola the former Vice Regent for Latvia became Vice Regent for all three Baltic States. District 14 currently includes Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Slovenia, Poland and Russia.
